Our story
Incorporated in 1999, The Village at Riverview quickly became the community of choice for residents wanting the perfect location to live. Residents are only a few steps away to the greenway, recreation center, soccer, softball, and baseball. There is a disc golf course and picnic shelter areas. We don't have a fancy clubhouse, olympic size swimming pool, or 18 hole golf course. We have essential services, peace and quiet, and a very low HOA fee.

From modest beginnings, we've grown through unwavering dedication and a commitment to continuous improvement. Each step has reinforced our core belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of integrity. We're passionate about our community, and we're excited to share our story with you. Our housing prices and curb appeal have allowed us to continue to attract potential buyers. At the same time, we have been able to withstand a housing crisis in years past.
