Projects and initiatives for a thriving community

At The Village at Riverview, we are constantly working to enhance our community. Discover the projects and initiatives designed to improve safety, curb appeal, home values, and security for all residents.

Enhancing community infrastructure

We are actively working on several key projects to upgrade and maintain our community's infrastructure. These include the installation of a new brick wall at the main entrance, reinforcing security and curb appeal. Additionally, we are implementing new 20 MPH speed limit signs to improve road safety within our neighborhood. Our ongoing efforts also involve essential tree removal and common area cleanup to ensure a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment for everyone.

Improving standards and planning for the future

To ensure the long-term prosperity of The Village at Riverview, we are focusing on strategic planning and policy improvements. This includes the development of 'Scopes of Work' for various projects, adherence to general accepted accounting principles, and establishing clear homeowner curb appeal standards. We are also preparing a 5-year strategic plan and the 2027 budget. Furthermore, we are streamlining our CCR violation policy and implementing a project closeout checklist to ensure efficiency and accountability in all our endeavors. Our new web page is also a key initiative to improve communication and access to information for all residents.
